I think Broncos represents a challenge for any coach, similarly so to the Tigers, but the challenges may be vastly different.
Madge’s time at the Tigers can’t be a true reflection of his coaching ability, for one he had no cap space and no money to retain or sign players. 40% of his cap was watching from the grandstand each week. He had a CEO who wanted him to fail. I could go on but we all know of the insurmountable issues he faced, least of which was the clubs reluctance to have a plan for organisational development.

To make matters worse the powers that be in the NRL appointed a failed right wing LNP politician to run the so called fair referees and judiciary,what could possibly go wrong?
