Fine vs Hoeter

I haven't seen much if any pre-NRL footage of either of these players if anyone can help with a simple breakdown of each and who if either should be starting.

Fine will make a very handy back rower, he isnt an NRL centre imo.

Hoeter has potential. Off track, have you seen his heartfelt, "Women In League" Tribute to the Women in his life? A lovely young man. His family must be so proud

Hoeter over Fine as a centre....even though I think he's a winger

Hoeters definitely a winger. Probably our best backup fullback too. Don't like him at center.

Haven't seen enough of Fine to comment, he was solid in first grade last year. Most who watch nsw cup seem to prefer him as a second rower.

They look like totally different players so can't really compare them.

Fine is no less of a centre than Lawrence is. Both are one dimensional players. Fine was named at centre in the team of the nsw cup team of the year last year. Fine is faster too.

A bit of a halatau type player. A small back rower…

In my opinion neither of them first grade centre material. Fine eventual fringe first grade backrower, Hoeter outside back utility who will play occasional first grade over his career.
The club will need to either recruit or hope the likes of Seve or Heleta make the grade. Both far better Centre prospects.
