Are you having a bet each way - one minute you are the one saying that Nofo should have at least made the train on squad - the next minute you are bagging people for agreeing with you. No one is saying Nofo should be in SOO. What they are saying is Ferguson shouldn't be there either and hopefully Fittler agrees.

To clarify I think Nofo should have made the train on squad but not at the expense of Fergo that is what I am saying, they both should have made it really but I would have Fergo in front of Nofo for a new spot due to big game experience.

Teams should be picked on form. With this in mind, you'd pick Brett Morris off the wing from the Roosters (If he hadn't already knocked back the idea) and JAC on the other side.

Ferguson has been poor all season and doesn't deserve a spot, not does Tommy T based on zero current form. Nofo, Cotric or Alex Johnston (is he from NSW?) would be ahead of them. I wouldn't be surprised to see Ryan Papenhuyzen picked on a wing either.

No it's been t he same for years.

Harder to get out of the SOO and Australian teams than to get into them.

true Russ incumbents have a big sway, still disappointed nofo didn't at least make a squad. Makes me think if he was at Storm etc then he would make the squad. Take Shaterson last year he should have made the team but Fitler left him out likely due to playing for the tiges

When Freddy was asked about it a few weeks ago, he pointed out that noffa dropped a critical catch and that 'you have to nail those'

But nah, I suppose fergs one just this weekend doesn't count. Only resulted in a try.

I don't see Fittler picking more than 3 wingers in the squad as plenty of good fullbacks around. His first three choices will probably be JAC, Cotric and Campbell Graham. Then Fergo/Noffa

Noffa needs another good year next year but unfortunately doesn't have the size or another X-factor. If he wants to take that big step towards Origin, he needs to do more clean up work around the ball
