Fitzhenry on wing??

Fitzy was on the bench on Rd 1 to cover Tuquiri who was not expected to last the game.

He has been chosen on the wing on the left side for his experience. He is a reliable player that can finish off a try. He will have Ayshford and Moltzen inside him who are still learning the ropes and thus experience counts.

Sheens knows what he is doing. Obviously some "supporters" certainly don't know what they are talking about. Negative comments from negative people.

I highly doubt that footy show line up was official. I can remember countless times ch.9 have put the pieces together themselves only to be incorrect. I still feel that Fitzy will be left on the bench for his utility value and Brown or Daniela will get the start.

Guys its round 2\. As big as a talent as Pritchard may be he doesnt have the first grade experience of Fitzhenry (who i am no great fan of). Perhaps is this situation occured in round 12 and Pritchard had played 10 good games in PL he would get a call up but its a bit of a risk to chuck in a guy with limited experience who has only played a couple of matches this year.

thats the whole point. give prichard some first grade experience. give him a taste of the big time. but this wont happen. its a given. sheens is the fonz remember. anyway, i'd rather fitzhenry on the wing than brown, but i'd prefer daniella in front of both of them.

Daniela is tiny for a winger, and struggles defensively. He would be good in open space, but that would only happen every now and then. Im no rap on Fitzy, and dont think he should be in the side, but at least with him im confident he'll do the basics for us. Brown or Pritchard should be the winger, but i'll cop Fitzy in front of Daniela.

Im sure If you had seen him play with your own eyes you wouldnt be calling for him to get the job.

If you did see him play with your own eyes may I suggest taking your eyes down to OPSM ,asking if they will fit your eyes with some very big ,coke bottle, black rimmed, glasses.

Remember Smith's 5 hitups and a bomb gameplan was too good for Souths....

Pritchard had more than 10 good games in NSW Cup last year. If he doesn't get his opportunity now with both Tuiaki and Ryan out then when will he get firstgrade experience???

That is a silly statement this kid was selected in the NSW Residents side last year. won best and fairest, top try scorer for the Magpies. was second or third top try scorer in the State Cup Competition. He has served his apprenticeship not like the under 20's players like Lui etc. He is strong and exceptionally fast and is capable of scoring from anywhere on the field. What more does he have to do to qualify!

Agreed…...and there are cap issues as well when you bring blokes up from outside the 25.

I think peeps forget about that.
