Fitzy blitzes fans in the proper forum

Wonder what Dragons fans think… :laughing:

After following the Tigers since 69 (yes an 8 year old bandwagoner :laughing: ) and all the years of heartbreak of never winning one until 05, I take 05 any day over 4 finals appearances any day.

I would nuch rather be the bride one day in my life than the bridesmaid a thousand times - ask my Saints mates after we beat them in 05.

Certainly agree that if only 1 option is allowed out of premiership or finals appearance then premiership is the pick.

However, I can;t understand how people find it perfectly OK and acceptable for those to be the only options.

Why should we have to put up with failing every year since 2005 to finish in the top half of the competition? (which is all thats necessary to make the finals).

Thats not bad luck thats bad management.

Why…I know a few Dragons fans that would trade 10 finals apearences for 1 win in 92 & 93 & 99...Oh well at least we made the Grand Final...they sprout...Yeah and lost....

In fact most are more Shattered and filthy at losing them than choking in more recent seasons...

Throw in 1985 and 1996 to Saints list,have lost their last 5 GF's.

Alot of it was bad luck we did only miss the finals twice by 1 lousy game and those years had injurys to key playmakers for long periods.

Bad management well who really knows unless your behind the scenes knowing the in and outs of all aspects of the business.

For all we know the people running this club could be miracle workers and doing a great job.

This article was aimed at this forum. The club reads what is posted here, and the continual Fitzy bashing threads were always going to attract attention…So the club waits until the scapegoat has a good game, and then an article like this appears, which is gets another reaction out of us. It's not the first time it has happened and won't be the last.

No surprise given the carry on by some members of this forum. Thankfully most of those with nothing to say can no longer be read by me.

He played well, compared to the rest of the season. A great tackle on our line, safe again under the high ball (although they didn't exactly test us) and I think he pulled an assist.
