Good effort.
2nd game out from england, 30+ degrees & put in one of our few wholehearted efforts today.
Not sure if he got a rest but if he did it was only short.
Good ballplaying backrowers game.

played okay
but hes to small, and he isnt NRL standard
hes like a decent 6 year old playing in a 8 year old game

Yep I was impressed with him today and think he has justified his position on the bench good game and is showing more then I expected - unfortunatly same cant be said for some of the others

I honestly thought he was one of our best out there top defense and was solid in attack… He is definately a must stay in first grade

Agree with Pacey.
Needs to hit the weights BIG time. Might have good ball skills, but we have enough ball players already.

Too small for first grade.

Thought Flanagan was very impressive and certainly played beter then I wouldve expected. He has now secured his spot on the bench in my opinion.

He played well as he played 'The Fulton role'. Problem IMO is that you can't have both of them…........and definitely not all three with Heighno.

Maybe Liam to lock, Flannagan to second row.............................................and Heighno to Balmain Ryde. He honstly hasn't broken a tackle for 3 seasons / offers nothing in attack.

I was disappointed last week although he didn't get a lot of time but thought he went real well today.

He will be an assett if the improvement continues, as he adapts to the style of game played out here

looks pretty solid to me

I thought he played well. A good, rugged second rower. Sure he isn't amazing, but he is offering more than Moors and Cayless at the moment

To put it into perspective though, he's standing next to an 82 kilo winger .

I like him already. Was given a chance to step up today, and he took it with both hands. Full credit to the bloke, played really well after being shifted at the last minute.

Agree with a lot of the above. He played well in tough conditions and showed us what he's made of. True, he isn't massive and he did play the Liam Fulton role, so I'd be much happier for him to fill the obligatory 'utility' role on the bench.
