I made Philly cheesesteak wraps for the grand final yesterday. Really quick to make and super delicious.

This recipe feeds 8 and only takes about 20 minutes.

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt (season to taste)
1 tsp black pepper (season to taste)
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 large red capsicums, thinly sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 kg skirt steak, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
8 large cos or buttercup lettuce leaves
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Cook down the onion and capsicum, season and set aside. Then on high heat, quickly fry the thinly sliced skirt steak. Throw the vegetables back in and then add half of the grated provolone cheese so it melts.

Place into your cos / buttercup lettuce leaves, garnish with parsley and then top with the remaining cheese.
