Would be good if the Footy Show had someone on there that knew about the NRL.

If 9 used the same principal are we likely to see in years to come Robbie commentating on cricket - don't think so.

Vautin - he was passed his used by date whilst he was still pretending to play. A First Class IDIOT! A Legend in his own mind!!!!

I'd say he must have more than a photo on someone.

He is as funny as a dead dog, biased as all hell and as exciting as watching paint dry.

The biggest problem is that it is called the Footy Show. Talk about give the NRL a bad name.

hosted by a former over rated 1st grade player (Ryan and Vautin) a former aussie cricketer who THINKS he knows rugby league, a couple of woman who also no stuff all about the game and the bits they do know are written for them on paper the show went to the pack the day BLOCKER got Booted off by that RED HEADED NOTHING

Fatty is getting overly cringeworthy. Some of the stuff he says and does is so unprofessional, sexist, racist, misogynistic, and simply not funny. It's uncomfortable to watch and think he's still on TV.

It **WAS** a pretty damn good show back in the day. Grew up on it every thursday night through high school after full frontal. The best years were of course the first few with Fatty, Sterlo, Blocker and Bolts. The Tigers were complete rubbish around those years and we never got in the press like the more fancied teams, so i'd hang out every Thursday night anxiously waiting to see if there was anything on the Tigers…..... ahh, the days before the internet! After Blocker got the boot it just slowly went down hill. 94 - 00 is where its run should have finished. Chief joined in 01 and Matty J in 03' it was all over and a complete joke by 2005\. How in the hell its remained on for a further 10 years would have to be the biggest question in Australian TV history!!!???

saw snippets of the show whilst up at the pub with a mate, when i saw botox getting injected into fatty's head i thought this show has pretty much reached the bottom.

i think the only reason this show is still on no matter how bad it is because of d.gyngell being a league fan.

I think the show is aimed at casual fans , who want some ideas with their footy tips and with the hopes that their girlfriends will enjoy the other garbage

Don't watch it if you want to find out some good footy info

The sledging is ok , especially Robbie sticking it to Beau

The comment about Robbie introducing him to the two wingers that forced Beau knows from the club was classic (Nofoaluma and Pattycakes were on if you didn't watch )

I loved the Banter! True Friends can take a joke and these boys are True Friends Robbie should go on more often. Also on Patty and Nofo Patty looked so bloody uncomfortable all night and I think Nofo was abit shy.

I didn't watch it, but I reckon Richards would probably be thinking 'after all my years in England I can't believe these idiots are still on TV here in Australia! And they are even more juvenile than they were before I left!' Richards isn't usually uncomfortable doing media interviews etc, so I reckon he was probably shocked by the content and embarrassed at having to be on that show more than anything.

Happy, I don't think most guys girlfriends would enjoy watching all the 'other garbage' - as someone already mentioned the show is sexist, racist and misogynistic to a fault. I credit most women with a bit more sense than that.

Kids love the Beau Ryans impersonations We have to tape TFS every week so my young fella can giggle himself silly watching Sammy Boyle or Sammy Cyrus or G Train Gallen
