"Benji Marshall linked to a club for next season. Not off contract but they want him and are trying their hardest."

Dunno about this one. When I first read it I thought Panthers right away but then Broncos.

nah, not the panthers…

7\. Soward
6\. Coote

7\. Walsh
6\. Soward
1\. Coote

Who knows what they're thinking...
Building something strange out there.
They aren't happy with Walsh ???

Nothing rumour, nothing will come of it.
He'll stay put.

However if it was a club.....
... Warriors.

Warriors would be the best guess. Outside of them it's hard imagining who it could be?? Infact the more I think about it, the more it seems impossible. Never say never, I know, but 99% of rumours are just that.

wont happen i doubt, he's a tigers loyal and he'll be on that 10 year thing soon so the tigers should be able to offer him more money without hurting the cap.

Warriors could be playing hardball to get Marshall and Tomkins. Could be a great duo as their current 1,6,7,9 suck

lol… He is signed till the end of 2015.

Football Clubs dont release Benji Marshall type players unless they know they are busted!

The salary cap could go up to $10 million per year but you still have to have the money before you can spend it. That was the reason the salary cap was established.

I love how everyone rejoices that we will have more money to spend as the cap goes up…...will we?

I'm talking about the concessions you get if a player stays at the same club for 10 years. Not sure exactly how it works but some of their salary wont go to towards the salary cap so we can offer him more money than other clubs as a percentage of the salary cap.
