I think we need to experiment with the forwards for this game. Joel Edwards has been really poor for a while now, and aside from him we just don't seem to have any 80 minute forwards. We need a defensive brick wall in the backrow, I know we don't have anyone at the club like that at the moment but now is the time to experiment with what we do have. I would like to see Lawrence play Five-eight and bring Sironen or Eisenhuth up from the lower grades. It would also be good to see what Tatola, Paseka and Felise can offer in first grade.

Agree re: Edwards and bleeding some forwards but Lawrence to 5/8 is a truly dreadful idea.

Agree with the forwards, put them in and give them a go. But Moses will be 5/8 an JLJ will go into the half you would imagine.

Awful in attack and a defensive liability. And he has no kicking game. He shouldn't be in the 17.

Sorry Tacky disagree completely. A few of those mentioned would be on second tier contracts I'd think. Not 1 cent of the second tier should be used by a temporary coach…it should all be available when the new coach comes in so he can choose who he wants to try. At the moment only players from the top 25

All of the players I mentioned including Eisenhuth are in the top 25.

Besides, maybe we have a diamond in the lower grades that is just waiting for the chance to shine in first grade.
I know the chances are incredibly slim but we aren't going to get much out of this season, so why not experiment with the team.
