Fulton injury

I know Liam went off with head knock but on DT Hurt Locker Room it's saying his out indefinite

Could it be a factured eye socket? I hope not or just a laceration under the left eye

I think it depends where the fracture in the eye socket is depends on how long the player is out

My understanding when reading about it many years ago that the one issue they worry about is infections and especially near the nose as an infection has a direct route to the brain
