Future for this team >2013

So I have never seen Brooks play until the u20's SOO the other night. From all the wraps on the kid on this forum I assumed he was pretty good but I had never rated him as I had never seen him play.
So now I can officially say he is **TALENTED.** And honestly has a massive career in the NRL ahead of him. In saying this, I am prepared to give him all the time he needs to make his debut.

Basically, we could say this year is a write-off. Injuries, a new coach, no halves combination settled on, players out of position, pay-outs to people/players outside of the Wests Tigers etc. the list is never-ending. So why not focus all our time and energy on players' development including senior players on that note.

I don't know what Potter is looking at into our future, he is obviously looking to resurrect our season (which arguably, isn't over as it's round 7) but the more we try, the more we are disappointed and the more stress is placed onto Potter.
So where to from here? Do we utilise Brooks now, as we have the opportunity to? Or continue to develop him into 2014.

It was alot of these young guys first representative jersey, i wasnt sure how they would handle the hype and pressure, Brooks and Santi were both faultless and really dictated the game to QLD. I know Santi was Captain of Australian scool boys , however i thaught he rose to the big game occasion and wore the NSW jersey with great pride. Aparantly QLD had more first grade experience then NSW, judging by the game, we have alot of first graders coming out of it…............ Tigers had quater of the squad, what a breeding ground!!!!!!!!

Miller was 7 for the blues in this corresponding game last year, he went pretty well if memory serves me right.
People were raving about him too last year.

I'd really like to see Miller succeed, but have to say that the wraps on Brooks and Moses are higher than anything Jacob's received. I really think he's been a little too passive in firsts. Looking at Lui when he made the step up, he was much more willing to play his own game, and just like Miller, received very little ball when he first came up.

Pretty sure Miller will ask to move on if it seems they're going with Brooks, who I hope they don't play in firsts this year. Hopefully they hold on to Moses too, although he may have to spend a year or two playing out of his natural position while we wait for Benji's contract to finish.

Along with Siro, Teddy, Woods, Koro and Buchanan, and possibly BMM and Groat, we have a very bright future, right across the park.
