Galloway

Santi is the one who should never play First Grade again - totally diabolical two games in a row.

In the past few seasons I havent been shy of a bit of Sauce bashing, but he has come good this year, found some fire, and was pretty good tonight.

I dont think I will ever forgive him for the knock on though, we were dominating up to that instant.

OP watch out though, Big Red has staunch fanboys, they are loud, proud and over-rate him. Prepare for backlash.

Yeah Keith has been strong for us again this year,so far,but that dropped ball played a big roll in us losing that game tonight.

One bad error and the baggers come our of their holes again.

Galloway has been great this year and was very good again tonight.

How long do we need to hold on to this guy?

Nothing has changed over the years. Still a plotter that can't side step, offload, bend or break through the line. I cringe when the ball is passed to him close to the line, another wasted tackle. He is taking up a valuable spot.

In seasons past I would've agreed with you Tigerbill, but Galloway has been playing very well so far this season and he seems to have a new found enthusiasm in his hit ups. Making much more metres than in recent seasons, not just lumbering along and going to ground easily. I'm guessing that he is playing injury free for the first time in quite a while.

last year I would have agreed… he has elevated this year though.

Still want to string him up over the drop though... cardinal sin.

I think when you watch the game again you'll see that there was enough football played after that incident to negate it. We even got a favourable call on a Lawrence strip. What was more costly was Taupau losing the ball 1 meter out from the dogs try line. Funny how that hasn't had a mention.

I reckon I could find a fault with every player tonight if I looked hard enough

lol, not picking you out, but the tv showed that as a strip by Hodkinson.

I thought he was good, particularly towards the back end of the game. Some strong carries that got us into good position which we failed to capitalize on.

We should have never got to that play anyway , After Ava's charge we should of taken the one point then

He got a quick play the ball , about 10 out …...

Bottom line is he gave the ball away in good field position after we were on a roll and they scored a try and began a roll themselves…. It doesn't matter how much time was left after he knocked it on... They got the ball in good field position and scored a try..

Keith has done better this year yes. He still isn't bending the line as much as he could or running the ball as hard as he could but he has shown a great improvement to which he should be commended...

The knock on he made in a crucial period of the game in a crucial part of the ground is a bad mistake from a player of his calibre. This isn't a grey area, it was a bad mistake from him.

Unfortunately for us it lead to them taking control of the game. He is not solely to blame for the loss, but anyone with half a brain can see the impact that HIS mistake made on the game......

I'm sure Keith knows the same, I hope that it adds fuel to the fire to see him continue to work on improving his game and see him get back to his best...

This is not a Keith bashing msg, it is an observation of what happened in the game. Sometimes what players do can turn the ride of a game. Unfortunately for us a mistake did just that.

Keith has shown improvement this year in his attack. With his size and a new dedication I hope to see more improvement in his attacking skills...
