Looks as though potters going to attack them with our big men on there smaller men out wide. Thompson,BMM attacking Walker,Farrell.
Thoughts??

Probably two game plans

If you were hoping to keep the score close but have absolutely no chance of winning I would of gone in with a starting 8 forward pack (Fulton and Anasta in the halves) and hope our defence can keep the scoreline reasonably low Pretty boring stuff

Option B will be play Benjiball (sorry to steal your terminology Ink ) and hope passes stick and we still get beaten probably by a bigger margin but it might be a bit more entertaining

Option C If our defence became supermen overnight I would be kicking early in the count and consistently turn the big Burgess boys around and hope late in the halves that Robbie and Benji could target tiring forwards

Obvious targets defensively for Souths are Merritt ,Reynolds and if what I heard about Inglis being rested the replacement fullback

Playing Fulton at 5/8 to try and keep the score low to start with didn't work out the first time we tried it, I don't see it working again. Although it would add more size.

I do like the option of early kicks on maybe 3 or 4 and maybe snatching a 40/20 early.

But I like the idea of not being afraid and coming out firing, like sharks did to the chooks and just blew them off the field. Crunching tackles, resets and good metres (and the early kicking but they have carney). Benji throw the ball around, have some fun. We saw the old tigers come out bit last week with brooks try. Went through a lot of hands an everyone backing each other.

Let the players have a go wherever they want. Blair at fullback, Benji at lock and Robbie on the wing ????
