He and Galloway go up against an SOO contender in Luke Douglas next week. Lets hope they continue their good form.

First decent game from Tuqiri this season.

Still think he needs to be dropped though.

I don't know if it was decent. He came up with some shocking reads in defence today. Just looks half a step slower than everything else going on around him IMO. I'm hoping he'll come good, but I'd be looking at giving Koroibete a shot in the not too distant future.

Decent in comparison to previous games this season, although he wasn't great.

And i dunno if he will come good, i think the ankle injury was a massive blow to his overall fitness level, he has lost of lot of his speed because of it.

To be honest can't blame lote when it's 4 on 1 on the other hand in koriobete and noafoluma we have awesome young wingers

Can't really figure out what the hell Lote is doing in defence at times. He seems to have a habit of coming in off the wing, leaving at least the wing and sometimes both wing + centre unmarked. This might actually work if you're an outstanding tackler and the others know what you're doing so they can adjust the line on the fly. Or, if you're exceptionally quick off the mark and in turns. But, Lote is neither of these. Maybe I'm missing something. Are they doing something with the defensive line that I can't see on the TV?

If he comes inside the wing and the centre and no one is outside him then this indicates the defensive issues r further in what else does he do leave the centre and the man inside the centre unmarked and let them walk over close to the posts ? Not saying he is perfect but it seemed structural more then individual except the once down his edge near the edge where they made a long break and the exact same thing happened to beau on the other side

I understand that he would have to come in when they are short. But, this has been going on for awhile and sometimes he just comes in, regardless. It's as if he doesn't trust the centre to stop his man by himself. Maybe it's a result of the team going for 2 on 1 closer in, at the expense of the wing?

Matt bell 44 tackles he has been one of our best buys this year he is a great defender

Player stats have been updated in the original post. Woods stats are even more impressive. He also played 59 minutes today, in comparison to Galloway who played 42 and Groat who played 21\. Cashmere made a definite impact in his 28 minutes, picking up 91 metres and Bell racked up 48 tackles in 69 minutes.
