With guys like Kasiano, Eastwood, Graham and Pritchard, all who are dangerous with the ball, the Bulldogs could terrorise us.They must be shut down if we are to have a chance at winning. We will win it up front or we won't win at all. If these guys are not shut down Barba will score 10 tries.

I suppose a lot will depend on how Adam Blair goes. If they run circles around him like the Roosters did we may be in for some trouble.

barba and 10 tries is just nonsense. we struggle more with hard and straight running three quarters with good footwork than we do with zippy fullbacks.

Woodsy and Keithy will be more crucial than blair if it is to be won up front as you say.

I think the packs will be on par (with Fults back) and Marshall/Reynolds will be the difference wither way.

Beau's support has been sharp in his two appearances at fullback. Should look for the offloads from Woods and Galloway.

I am going to get screamed at here, I'm not a fan of Beau at fullback. Don't get me wrong he is great at catching and hovers well in attack. I just hope sheens has worked with him in cover defence, especially close to the line.

A few tries have been made by spreading the ball, the fullback usually comes across to help the winger but beau just gets there a bit too late.

I definitely think he is the best man for the job now, however when moltz comes back he should take back the fullback spot and move Beau to wing. Utai to the bench for impact.

Pretty much so,….it all starts with the pack, then completions and the halves can do their thing for the backs.
We need to score five or six tries I think to beat them

yup, agree.. moltz may not be as good as ryan at catching bombs but his defense is better than MANY other fullbacks.. he's really picked up in that area since '09\. also, agree with:

Agree regards Ryan at fullback.
He is an obvious replacement this week but still reads goal line defence as a winger.
I can't really blame him for that as it must take some getting used to.
The few times he has played there he has been caught out of position (especially with kicks close to the line)
where in his normal spot on the wing he's usually very safe.
Great winger - ok fullback.

I agree that the forwrads will be crucial but it's whats between their ears that matters most.

If the mindset reappears that let Souths win the unwinnable, Parra put 30 points on us in 14 minutes and Newcastle pile on 38 - 0, then the score could be anything.

How a team collectively can go from such positions of dominance to complete capitulation is a huge worry. But, it starts and ends with the attitude and commitment of the forwards.

No more chances Keithy, Adam and Heighno! Sh*t or get off the potty!
