Genial Giant Emerges From Yasawa Lagoon

That was the most exciting article since Potter took over. Not just because of the player, but also Potters comments….i liked it

I like the article as it insinuates that NSW cup may no longer be a wasteland for players. Previously players such as David Gower, Nu Akeripa, Pritchard and Josh Davis could never get an opportunity. They may or may not have been able to make it as NRL players, however they were never given the chance to prove themselves with the Tigers. Hopefully it will now mean that players who play well will be rewarded from all talent pools available to us. Either way good luck to the big Fijian, and hopefully he achieves his goals.

Maybe Potter plans to utilise the reserve grade comp more effectively. I found it interesting that Lovett said that he wanted to play in the NSW cup this year which insinuated that he saw it as a tier above, maybe the Tigers are going to play it like that.

this bloke looked a reserve grader in the NSW Cup final but I've not seen him before then. He dropped the ball cold when we were 10 metres from the line in the last 15 minutes if you will recall.

If he is big and fit then why not make him a prop? Might be his best way into first grade?

Tempting to hope he'll be the next jonah lomu and keep him wide but the realistically this guy will make a mismatch where ever you put him on the field due to his size and speed.
