What is the bigger embarrassment? A (supposedly) small crowd at Campbelltown SS or that one of our leaders, Mr Nick Di Geronimo (a typo, but an appropriate one as he has allegedly skinned Sydney Water of millions of dollars for his own benefit), and, as far as I know, a current Board Member of Wests Tigers, appeared before ICAC today? Surely this guy is not still on the Board? Can anyone enlighten us?

You may be right but it would be prudent to wait for the ICAC findings to be made and made public. You can sling the rope over a branch but you can't lynch him until he's found guilty!

I though Nick stepped down from his Tigers roles? Too lazy to look it up.

You know, though, there is something to be said for having a dude on your board who knows how to grease palms and has mates in politics. I am more upset not that Nick is implicated in wrongdoings vis Sydney Water, rather that none of his alleged shadiness helped the Leagues Club development get off the ground.

Didnt follow this guys involvement but ICAC is almost a waste of time as NONE of its evidence is admissible in a court of law.

I really wonder if the Labor big boss dude who used to run NSW, Obeid will even face a single charge.

So, this "shyster, in the words of the ICAC prosecutor, can't organise a redevelopment of Tigers Leagues Club and essentially helps to send the club broke, but he can bring down a premier?? What a talent!! Just the sort of guy who'll get us back on track by his greasing of palms. A shocking, disgraceful embarrassment if this guy has anything at all to do with the governance of Tigers or Wests Tigers.
