"Give me a crack" - Josh Drinkwater

Roosters, Titans, or Knights. Which one Geo?

I doubt it would be Roosters but Mullen's injured so Knights would be a very likely bet. Titans have got Taylor, Roberts, Cullen and Mortimer (given Peats will be hooker now), so again probably not them.

That'll be another gone out of the top 25 so should mean less second tier cap pressure it I understand correctly.

Makes sense. Halfbacks are valuable and he is the best running around without a first grade gig.

Shame though as he is a big part of the state cup sides success.

Well there you go I stand corrected, thx GNR, apologies UD…. He's only played 1st grade at Dragons and Tigers though am I right there?

Yep. Played a full season for the London Broncos in between.

Leaves us light on for depth at 6/7

Two injuries and we will have a Marshall playing for us , not Benji though

Our State cup team might suffer also, he's been the more dominant of him and Littlejohn

Josh Drinkwater was a late withdrawal from State Cup team today, was this due to injury or has he been called up into the NRL side for tomorrow ?? Anyone know ??

If so, that means one of our halves isn't playing ??

I think Drinkwater would go alright with a lot confident NRL players around him.

It has already been alluded to that Drinkwater has been released from the Tigers to play elsewhere.

That's an interesting transaction and it would have been a difficult decision for the Tigers. He's been in great form, including State Cup and the Presidents game and, to me, he is a more suitable foil for Moses than Brooks. However, it will ease pressure on the Second Tier. I hope it provides more opportunities for in form lower graders to get a go in the second half of the season.

We are a very charitable organisation, anyone who wants out for what ever reason is given a release. Probably good not to stand in a fringe players way, but Brooks goes down with a season ending injury and we had a goal kicking no7 that could fill the roll… now we don't

I suppose Taylor sees Rankin and Littlejohn as his 6 and 7 shadows, but I do feel for the reserve grade that is on a real roll and now they loose their no7
