I just worry about all those school girls in CQ if 16 NRL teams are up this way, probably without partners.

They have the facilities to bring families up their for short term visits CQ

I'm sure family, friends, anyone wouldn't be able to visit them at all if it happens. The players and club staff wouldn't be able to leave to goto a public pub or anything social with public. Nothing. If a players wife is pregnant, if he wants to see the baby he has to quit the comp. I'm serious. It has to be all the way otherwise it could jeopardize the whole thing and it's all for nothing.

Sorry I hope my post didn't sound like I was having a go. Yeah if there was a process they can test before arriving that's true. I was worrried about the idea as some can carry and spread without having any signs. Then they could end up having the highest percentage of people with the virus in that NRL community than any other community haha. But yeah I suppose if they can test ???

Gladstone would be great for the NRL clubs....no people swarming them for autographs,only the townsfolk playing banjos and carrying the old 1 shot muskets when they go rabbit shooting for supper...
they have showers once a week and you have to hand pump the water....no wonder the head honchos recommended the place....corona virus wouldn't survive there...

Suppose that is why they are avoiding the Southern highlands TT ......is it true that Deliverance is still on at the cinemas ...used as a training video /tool on how to meet and greet the city folk

Its the towns theme song...deliverance was a great movie for the hicks...lucky I came along and showed them movies that were based on my ethics,you know Gladiator comes to mind..ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED...

It sucks with out without NRL games ...but not as much as Cairns

If they filled up that hole in the ground the market would skyrocket

Sadly, I don’t trust footy players to abide by those rules. They will take it as a challenge to break out and come back with evidence.
