Go down Fighting!!

Ok Farah and god knows who else has gone down! All I want for the remander of the season is a team that will fight to the end and play to the best of there ability as with the Coach and staff..Supporters of either Wests Magpies or Balmain Tigers know what the never say die attitude is when your back is against the wall as we have witnessed on many occasions. Get out there over the next few weeks and do your self proud and have a dig and we will be behind you .Stick it up them TIGERS :sign:

Even though it wont make much difference for the season, the Tigers must compete in these final 2 games and show the supporters that they give a crap. They did this on Friday and even though they lost, this board was flooded with posts claiming people were proud of their team. This hasnt been the case for a greater majority of this season.

This season hasnt been a complete write off, we have witnessed:

The continued improvement of Beau Ryan who has been in our top 3 players for the majority of the season.
The emergence of Aaron Woods as a genuine front row option and potential superstar ala Lazo and Webke.
Robbie Farah realise his potential on the big stage by being NSW best player during the Origin series.
The emergence of a fast outside back in Korobete
The continued improvement of supersub BMM who is growing into a power house of a player.

That being said, this season has been a disaster and if the club hopes to secure as many memberships as it did this year for next then the side must put in its best 2 performances of the year to see the season out. I really hope they can do it.

If this Tigers team don't make it through the finals (or into them for that matter)
Us as supporters will stand behind them and back them if they are able to put in two passionate performances.
I have not a doubt that we can beat these 2 teams without Robbie, but it's going to take a team effort, we need to look like we wanna be here.
Play for Robbie boys! Let's finish this season better then we started!

tbh (as skeptical as it may be), i really dont think 2 games will change much. we talked about being consistent for 26 games, 80 minutes a game… not 5 rounds, 20 minutes a game. the only performance that have been anywhere close to 80 minutes were the first cowboys game, raiders game and the bulldogs game.

i tell you what? having said that these 2 games won't change much, if we don't give a 100% in these 2 games, plenty WILL change and it will HAVE to.

Its 1981 at Headingley and the bookies are offering 500-1

Who is going to stand up and be our Ian Botham and play without fear and turn it all around

Benji Marshall You HAVE to be the man

Lets attack our way to the semis and pray for a miracle 😛ray:

It reminds me a lot of the last two rounds of 2007\. We only had to win one to make 8th place. We lost both. One at Leichhardt against Souths and then to the last placed Knights at ANZ. Robbie Farah had a leg injury on that occasion and the painkilling injection saw him unable to complete the souths game. This year we have the chance to get it right in the last two games. We showed plenty of fight last week. If we can maintain that we should really finish the year in the best way possible.

Jeez why did you have to remind everyone  . If we capulate now it will be the 3rd time since 2007 under Sheens and he needs to piss off quickly. No top 8, no Sheens.

Friday night proved this squad has depth. Despite all the injuries this season, it took the minor premiers 89 night minutes to kill us off. The most disappointing aspects about Friday might was not the refereeing, but rather the fact we still did not play to our potential. We wasted a lot of opportunities in the first half. Dogs had two tries against the run of play and essentially, we were playing them off the park.

Anyway, go down fighting? Well given our draw, we can make the 8, but our chances of winning the premiership all hinge on a CT scan tomorrow. If Farah can be back for week 1 of the finals, we still have a chance, assuming the form of Friday night is upheld.

Until Friday night I was I expecting The only wins would be via the Roosters match but if we take the same attitude then no reason we can't finish on 30 points and the 8
