Can brooks kick goals ?
Brooks would find a way to kick under the crossbar and still clear the dead ball line on the full.

Jason Taylor….

I still don't get how JT could not train anyone to be a decent kicker.

He was too busy working on our defence! :unamused:

@ said:Personally I think Lolohea has done enough at least to mean the Tigers shouldn't be trying to crowbar A.N. Other kicker into the side just because they kick goals. He probably won't ever be an 85% kicker but if he can improve to 75-80% - which seems distinctly possible - the difference is actually pretty minimal over a season.
@ said:@ said:@ said:The winger who used to play for the Dogs is coming back from England. I think that he was a very, very good kicker and still is. Top goal kicker ( or thereabouts ) in England.
Thing Is Col If Hes In Firsts Were In Trouble I Think
Who's that Col?

Gordon has praised JT for refining his goal kicking in the last few months, how come he couldn't coach any of our kickers to get better

Maybe it was the players he was teaching who were the problem.

The same way he couldn't train two halves to be good halves
And 1winger/centre to be a good winger/centre
And the other winger to be a good winger….....etc!
Maybe it was the players he was teaching who were the problem.
And yet he kept picking Rankin, who was suppose to be a kicker, a poor kicker and worse player

Does anyone know of any other options in lower grades?
