Storm had about 6 or 7 sets in our 20m line and came up with 5 tries. The one time they didn't score was when Olam dropped the ball over the line.

Very poor and not any better than last year in this regard.

Hughes try was the softest try I have seen all weekend. I don‘t want to take much away from him because he was great and got them home, but the moment he got that ball and stepped off his right foot, you knew what was coming.

While he played well when I look at the tries - the 2 down the right edge we were left out numbered because Tuilagi didn’t slide out and left us down a number which made Gildart look bad but actually the issue was he was left with 2 players on him both times. Then when Hughes went through the middle twice once to score and once for a break that lead too the try for Coates both times Tuilagi was lazy

That was because Peachey never re-joined the defensive line. It was lazy play.

And why is it our side seem to collide into eachother in defense so often, like they get into eachother road in defense so often.

Just don't see it with other club's as much.

Seriously our general effort… we let in 5 tries and had 1 turned down making it 6.

We played well for what 50mins and then just got carved up.

Our general effort was shocking in the last 30mins of the game. Was the worst breakdown of any team so far in round 1.

That’s been the problem right now and is a bit of a joke among my friends and family. Doesn’t matter now on top the Tigers look teams just need to wait for that moment they go to sleep and the game is theirs.
