From the match report V Wenty

Big Al probably used the Hayne….He didn't mean to hurt anyone defence....

Anyhow.....Good luck to BRET......they have got it in them......

I wonder what odds the Tigers will get…..just seems like a massive ask, but they are there, so you never know..........just hope the Bulls drink what the Dragon players do before final matches

With the skill and courage this team has shown this year nothing is impossible and I cannot fathom being dissapointed, whatever the result on Sunday

I hear ya Smeg…..funny but a group of us, if Balmain win are leaving ANZ after the u20s, and watching the GF at the Tigers club with hopefully celebrating Tiger Cubs as well

For anyone who's interested - Wests Tigers shop at Concord and Tigers shop at Balmain Leagues Club

have BRET jerseys on sale for the bargain price of - $50 !!!

Also available from online shop.

Cubs will be celebrating at Cambo first….....it's closer

I am leaving after the 20's regardless as the GF holds zero interest for me.

If BRET get up I might be headed straight back to Rozelle to celebrate

Good luck to BRET and as long as they give it their all, that's all you can ask of them. If they control the ball and kick well, then they're right in it. Either way they've done very well to make to the big one and here's hoping they can knock over the Bulls and bring home the trophy.

TIGERS’ rugby league Grand Final teams this Sunday at ANZ Stadium are sprinkled with Balmain junior products.

Thirteen members of Paul Fletcher’s Balmain-Ryde Eastwood squad were discovered in Balmain’s Junior League competition.

They include Billy Callaway and Junior Rogica (Concord-Burwood Wolves); Matt Ryan and Dean Webster (North Ryde Hawks); Jared Farlow and Ben Falcone (Leichhardt Wanderers); David Gower, Eloni Vunakece and Liam Roach (Holy Cross Rhinos); Steve Moses and Brett Peacock (Carlingford Cougars); Josh Lewis (Leichhardt Juniors) and Sioeli Makaui (Dundas Shamrocks).

Peacock - a three time premiership winner with Steve James’ mighty Cougars sides - also won an U/19s title last season with Shamrocks.

The Wests Tigers’ NYC U/20 team will field six Balmain juniors in their Grand Final line up - skipper Darren Nicholls and lock Matt Hyland (Holy Cross Rhinos); Aaron Woods and Patrick Politoni (Leichhardt Juniors); Joel Jackson (Leichhardt Wanderers) and David Fifita (Dundas Shamrocks).
not bad for a comp that many think do not supply juniors for wests tigers

Are the Balmain NSW Cup players and the Wests Tigers Under 20's players coming back to Balmain Leagues after their games? I have a feeling Balmain Leagues is gonna be very full on Sunday.

I'm sure Glen Innes would be happy for Jackson and Griffith for Fafita…..

I'd say State Cup will go straight back there, and NYC will probably be there at some point, massive day at the club.
