Grand Final tips

What's everyone thinking. On Sunday I thought the Roosters would win, before having a change of heart. Now I am incredibly bullish about Manly.

Manly 16
Roosters 12

FTS Foran
LTS Wolfman

CC Medal Cherry-Evans

It is so hard to pick who is going to win! I think the score line will be something along the lines of 10-6 to Manly. One thing i am sure about is it won't be a blow out (I hope it's not a 50-10 thrashing or i'll have to stay low for a few months lol). All 3 of their matches this year have been decided by 12 points or less.

First Try Scorer: Michael Jennings.
Last Try Scorer: Brett Stewart.

Clive Churchill Medalist: Daly Cherry-Evans.

I don't like admitting it but I'm really struggling to get excited or even very interested in this GF. Don't like roosters and have a history of hating manly dating back to the late 70's early 80's.

I think Manly's resilience might bet them home in a close game.

Manly 16.
Rooster 12

I think this is a game made for Jamie Lyons to get the Clive Churchill medal.

The Roosters haven't played a tough game since the last time they played Manly, three weeks ago, while Manly have beaten the Sharks and Souths. The Roosters might take a while to get going.

I'm tipping Manly. Hard to go past Cherry-Evans as a tip for the CC medal.

Yeh Im not too interested either….the NRL have done a poor job promoting the game as well imo....will be a record low crowd figure, one might get some real cheapies off a desperate scalper around 7pm....and if you dont theres genrally a big screen near the station

hoping Manly 1-12 (punters club bet)
CC medal DCE
FTS -B Stewart

Low scoring Grand Final. Manly have GF experience that should see them win.

Cherry-Evans MOM.

Roosters have been in 5 NRL grand finals since 2000.

Yeah but heaps of them were 10 years ago with a completely different roster and coach, doesn't really count as much as Manly's recent record

I think the roosters have looked a bit nervous this week. Manly have looked more relaxed and I think they'll handle it better.

Manly 16
Roosters 12

Clive Churchill - cherry Evans
FTS - the wolfman

Mini (5)
SKD
Maloney
Pearce
JWH
Friend
Sonny
FPN
Mortimer
Aubusson

Have all played in previous grand finals, 10 players out of 17, including everyone in the spine. Mini has played in more grand finals than any other player running around today.

2/4.

Great Grand Final …. Better than the 4-0 BS a few weeks ago.

In the end, the best team won ..... Goes to show what a couple of marquee signings can make.
