No this thread is not about Robbie's injury

JUST WANT YOU TO REALISE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM IN THIS AREA GET IT LOOKED AT BEFORE IT GOES BAD

To all the fellas out there.
do not ignore any pain in the groin area.
have it treated as it could become a major problem.

on sat morning, about 5.45am, my oldest son complained to me about having alot of soreness in that area, and he was un able to put any pressure on his left leg whilst walking.

subsequent examination by wife and myself, _knew something was very wrong_ and took him to maitland hospital.
got there about 6.30am ( alot of heavy fog)

staff there inspected the situation, were very happy with us taking him there, as it would have resulted in one of his boys dying and requiring to be being permanently removed. .. ouch…

diagnosis twisted testicle
so they contacted surgeons and this result in immediate surgery, once all paperwork signed. etc
operation complete success, and surgery has ensured that this cannot happen again.

he is walking freely now and of course slight discomfort due to stitches, but as he says nothing compared to pain he had on sat morning.

so if you having pain in that area, just get it checked.

Felt his pain just by reading this…
Wow, that is harsh.
How did that happen? Wrestling move gone wrong eh.
Should have went to John Hunter though, much better hospital.

I will stick with the Thai massuese - she can fix a twisted testicle for the fraction of the price of surgery…
