Gus?

Don't think he can be coaxed out of his media role - it's a cushy job, without the pressure of first grade coaching. Not to mention his director's role with Penrith, which he only just started this year. Can't see him walking away from that anytime soon, so no he won't be coaching the Tigers, though it would be nice.
 
I think Gould along with Smith and Sheens are out of touch with the modern game and will struggle badly in the future to keep their heads above water
 
Gus would only be good as a coaching director these days and I think sheens is starting to head down that track too
