Ray Hadley has just said in a very confident manner that the board has made a decision on mick potter and he is a goner.

I cant remember anything like this in my many years as a fan of Wests and Wests Tigers. Despite the team running second last, the fans by and large recognise the reasons for this. Very very few are sheeting the blame home to the coach. And yet the powers that be apparently decide, in their wisdom to sack the coach. Incredible.

At this point, with all the ridiculousness that is going on at the club, I've decided to take a stance of indifference. I don't care if they fire potter and hire Julia Gillard as our new coach, I really dont. As long as they put out a team in the Tigers jersey for me to cheer on every week I really couldn't care less. I used to, but the Tigers have made it too hard to care at any level other than the basic one.

How do they expect supporters to buy memberships for next year. And I bet the price will go up too. Our board should go.
If re-signing sheens was a mistake,They should go
If signing potter was a mistake, they should go.
If demolishing the leagues club was a mistake, they should go.
The board should pay for all these mistakes from their own pockets.

There's too much smoke coming out of all this he's obviously gone our board have loose lips they are a disgrace they are the one who need sacking, there should be a total boycott until they sort themselves. its not fact the tigers have been bad due to unperforming vets like benji/lawrence and inexperience
also injuries and lack of depth its funny how apparently all this is potter fault :bash :crazy

2 very important questions that dont have answers.

This club has eaten itself alive for 2 years now and surely can not keep going on like this. They dont honour contracts for players, they dont honour contracts for staff, they dont honour contracts for coaches….we still have 3 home grounds and are spread far too thin. Our onfield performances are garbage.

The only saving grace is that we have such a strong nursery but how many of them are seriously wanting to play for a club they can not trust who play ordinary football and are the comps easy beats?

This is a bad sign for Mick.

I feel very bad for the bloke. Its clear he has to go but part of me really doesnt want it to happen.

From what I have heard Potter is done. Will probably see the year out. Might be offered a a role in some capacity next year. However his days as head coach appear numbered.
