I think a few people are missing the entire point of this article. This article is not about JT or if we miss or make the 8 today, it's about the culture of the entire club, the WT. a culture shift is what was needed for this club to one day be successful again and what has held us back for so many years was we had different moving parts in this sleeping giant called the Wests Tigers but a lot of them unfortunately we're moving in different directions of one another. (Board, administration, coaching staff and players). They all had an opinion of what they thought success was but did not work together off the same hem sheet to make it happen.
Fast forward to today and from the outside in for the first time in our 16 year tenure, we have a United board, succesful and professional administration making smart business decisions and great internal ones, a coach that is working towards the business KPI's to be accountable for his job and the (short) and long term success of this cluband finally the players, they are all playing for one another and what seems quite important to people on here they are playing for the coach aswell.
Culture is not about one person (JT or RF as an example) culture starts at the top and breathes right through the entire club. For the first time in 16 years we have the whole club working together as a whole to make this club succesful again, weather we win lose or draw today we are all moving in the right direction together which is finally exciting me again about this club!!
In saying that, we better win today  cmon boys !!
