How Did This Kid Escape Us?

Prob cos we have the australia hooker signed up long term. Cant imagine a young kid with potential wanting to wait in line.

Im no expert but I would imagine the Roosters threw some dollars at him because their junior area is limited and we have a gun hooker

If I was a young hooker with said genius ahead of me, I'd be thinking he has to retire sooner or later and when he does he'll be around the club in some capacity, what a great mentor to have guide my career.

It isn't always about who you have ahead of you. I remember asking Dane Chisholm why he signed with Manly as he clearly has two of the best halves in the world ahead of him, his response was "I am looking for a challenge and don't want to take the easy way" poor blokes still struggling to get a shot at first grade, might get one this week with Lyon and Foran out?

he's what 18? he doesnt want to sit around play NSW Cup and NYC until 2018 when farah's contract runs out.

He was (and probably still is) behind Cherrington in the age group at Balmain. I think we made the right call on that one

but but but he could possibly have the great built for origin mick ennis mentoring him if he goes to the sharks as well.

Mania Cherrington was better in SG Ball and is probably the best hooker in the age group.
He was a n important player in winning both SG Ball and NYC, I reckon he is better than Deitz, who is also pretty good. I reckon Cherrington is an NRL playet in waiting imo

I don't know Littlejohn was excellent in his debut

Probably not the best guide though , the Raiders were diabolical
