HOW DO WE FILL OUR 30 MAN ROSTER BY 30 JUNE

The having to have 30 players by June 30 is interesting. Why would a club let a player go unless they have another player ready to sign? We’re going to have to promote from within or sign from the reserve grade comp.

Or grab a dissatisfied player who his club is prepared to release or, maybe, swap?

Make a play for Clint Gutherson, James Roberts and Jack De Belin.

If upgrading internally, Garner is a name worth mentioning.
Externally, keep pushing for Barba. If only to make another team pay more.
Another reserve grade half to replace Drinky perhaps, wouldn't hurt the depth, and a specialist centre or two of reserve grade quality or better.
If not top level recruits, (see Sheer64's comment, good ones there) front load a couple of contracts, (maybe Packer, ET, Mats) and go hard for 2019.
Best to keep the development guys as development if we can, there is a discount when they hit first grade if they have been development players for 2 years, so that would be very handy come 2020 should be ready and hitting their straps around then.

im sure they'll just upgrade internally or again front load some of the ISP player's contracts who are still contracted for next year
