How many Kiwi's would make an Origin Team?

Just curious to get a bit of discussion going on how many of the Kiwi team playing tomorrow night would get themselves into an Origin team if they were Aussies.

I don't reckon there would be too many.

Benji would probably be there.
Mannering would as well.
Nightingale maybe.

Apart from that I can't think of any others that would be legitimate origin players.

Depends who they'd align themselves to.

The QLD team picks itself, but NSW is a lot more open.

I'd say quite a few would be in with a shout. Nightingale, SKD, Vatuvei, Marshall, JWH, Luke….

Johnson and JWH would be outside chances also I reckon.

Lol Marshall would walk into the NSW team and would probably be in the Qld team as well as either a utility on the bench or at 6 with Thurston at 7 and Cronk on the bench.

Consider that Qld keep their team the same and Marshall would have been in the side ahead of Cronk in years gone by, I don't think Cronk would have pushed Marshall out of the side. Purely hypothetical though.

They still had Cronk on the bench. My argument is that Marshall would have got into the team before Cronk and not lost his spot.

lmao… that would explain why Marshall is always watching video of Lockyer. He's checking if they are the same boot size. No doubt he didnt get a chance to see them last year... Lockyer showd him his heels 5 times! :laughing: :laughing: :laughing:
