& how do you do it ?

For me, I buy slabs of 24 from the super market and keep 'em all in the fridge.
Re-fill 'em with tap water when they run out and do this for a month or two then buy a fresh 24 pack ( $8 )
Drink these when I'm at home, probably go through 6 a day.

Got 2 x 1L Nike drink bottles I take to the gym each night, keep them filled & refrigerated always.
Usually just take the one and smash through it entirely during the session.

Take one to work to drink each day & buy chilled Mount Franklin bottles when I run out, usually go through 3 a day + my 1L bottle.

Also… Just want to point out, hydration is extremely important.
I feel if I do not stay hydrated I start to get a head ache.
Water is the healthiest thing you could drink and drinking a lot throughout the day can only help you.
h20 is the way to go !

At least 2 x 2litre cordial bottles full of water at work and then more when I train.

When I'm at home I'm on the beer and wine though….

Hard to drink to much water here in the office as I am forever dashing out to the mens.

PS My family has been selling water filters for 18 years with over 15000 customers in Sydney.

Let me know if you want one.

not enough i'm afraid - my kids however its all they drink along with milk.

I'd say 1-2 cups of water a day on top of other drinks.

i really don't drink enough water. they say 2L a day is the healthy amount but when i lived in Australia i usually drank about a litre, give or take (4-5cups). i guess i also got other sources of water from tea/coffee/juice etc.

i now live in China where unlike Newcastle it actually has distinct seasons, so in the winter its in the -C so i have to force myself to drink maybe 500ml of water or ill have a few cups of tea throughout the day, as its so cold you just dont feel like drinking water, then in summer its kicking into the mid 40's + humidity, so i can smash through 3-4 litres a day but having said that it should still be more due the humidity factor where you basically sweat all day and dont even really know it.

I drink heaps of water in the warmer months, as I don't handle heat well.

During winter though, I get on the dirty water and coffee.

At work in the office i drink about 3-4 litres per day, but when i get home i dont drink any at all. Mind you, im forever running to the mens to relieve myself. On the weekend i drink schooners of carlton draught, might have a couple of schooners tonight as well at dinner time when im have a 400 gram rump steak, chips, salad and mushroon sauce, buy one get one free night at the local lone pine tavern.

I work at Eastern Creek, once a month I head up to the Lone Pine for a counter lunch.

Foods good at the lone pine as well, if you buy a meal on a friday, saturday or sunday, you receive a voucher for buy one get one free, which we always use on a thursday night after work, foods pretty good there as well, then we have supreme pizza on a friday night and a couple of schooners of carlton draught as well before i get a 6 pack and go home and watch the football at home with the dog (jack russell). We get the voucher on friday night to use on a thursday night.

Yeah the helathy way is 2L a day although I am pushing it to drink about 1L, I am a coffee freak and drink way too much of that for my own good, probably explains the late nights lol
