How would you allocate the cap?

I've been thinking about missing out on Cotric, and to be honest, I think it's a blessing.

No doubt the guy can play, especially on the wing. But I think we would have too much allocated to outside backs if we picked him up at the reported figure.

If I had control of the cap, 40% would be allocated to the spine, 40% forwards and 20% backs. With three quarters going to the top 17.

That, as a starting line though, can definitely do a job.
It isn't overly expensive.

I think adding Paulo to the pack would make it elite and even an average 7 like Brooks may be able to play some solid footy.

The backs can do their thing with no flashiness.
Just need Nofo to run the right direction.
