Apparently an under 18 Hull KR team are playing Wests Tigers (or Balmain) on the 24th, that's all i know so does anyone know where and what time ?

It's being played at Concord on Friday the 27th of Jan at 6.00pm. Good opportunity to see some of the young guns in action if you can make it down there.

And their playing the Weststigers NYC Team not Balmain,
They are the HKR Academy side.

Any idea when the team will be announced for the game?
Would we be expecting Miller and Tedesco to play? Or would they be awaiting first grade trials?

No idea on that one, but it's the first trial and i imagine they'll run a large squad in order to narrow the final squad down.

Thanks for the replies, i read they also have a game on the 24th but it only said v Wests so it may be a development team.
The Hull KR players are mainly 17 and 18 so they will get murdered by the Tigers NYC squad.

I'm assuming this game was organized due to the fact Peter Gentle is Hull FC's new head coach

As said above, we have nothing to do with Hull FC apart from being in the same city. Possibly the biggest rival teams in sport lol.

Think the reason Rovers youth touring side are playing Tigers is because of Andrew Webster, our assistant coach last year who is now over there as I think a reserve team coach?

Heard Rovers played a WT representative side a few days ago, any one have any idea of the team who played for WT and the score?

Rovers played a 2 handed touch/grab game against Balmain's SG Ball side last Friday. Balmain had a trial the next day hence why it wasn't a full contact game.
Andrew Webster is the Balmain SG Ball coach, he must be the most qualified SG coach in sometime. He has impressed everyone and it wouldn't surprise me to see his team become 1 of the top 4 SG Ball sides this year.
