Humphreys' Replacement?

Well according to today's paper (think it was SMH) the Tigers are going to appoint a recruitment agency to help look for a replacement CEO.

Strikes me as strange, as most Candidates would apply directly to the club. Dont know, maybe this is just part of the Corporate Governance for transperancy reasons?

Agree , if you have a bloke in mind for the job ,just appoint him Don't stuff around ,use this as a positive moving forward for the club

But the problem still lays with the board ,whoever we hire will just be a puppet for the petty whims of the board

Replace the board firstly , and then we can hire a truly independant CEO who can oversee things for what they actually are

I also like the idea of the CEO being independant of either Wests or Balmain. We need a CEO with the Wests Tigers' best interests at heart.

They did the same thing last time when humphreys was appointed. They hired an agency to try to find the best candidate.

Yeah I saw the job advertised on the centrelink boards

Something about experience not necessary ,must have own transport (and preferably own a bus ) and can't apply any KPI's to the coach

Also needed a security background to keep a former coach out of the gym
