I have been listening for around 3 years now and the Weekday show in particular is excellent. The Interviews of late especially with Wayne Bennett are worth the download.
Certainly better that the dribble (Insert Off topic chatter and stupid songs) you get on the other station.

They cover a few sports, but are mostly talking about league and have some very good interviews (as Spartan said). As long as you can handle the gripes mentioned above, it is well worth the listen.
