Wasn't there talk that IR and GJ were in some sort of business partnership that went sour? Pretty sure Roy and HG were discussing something along those lines but with those 2 funny buggers it is hard to know if true or false. Do they still do Origin commentary? Haven't heard from them in years.

He was the first, and i believe still the only NRL/ARL player to come out as gay. 20 years later and not a single player has felt comfortable to come out, even in retirement, shows how much of a macho culture still exists in the sport.

They can have all the women's rounds or gay rounds, it still doesn't make a difference while the culture of all players and administrators stays the same
