Can we perhaps have the ability to agree with comments? like a button next to or under each comment which gives the option to agree or like a comment like on facebook?

if you want to split hairs it is - since the rep is assigned to the post you make - good rep for good post/agree

neg rep for Bad post. -

note though that you shouldn't neg rep if you simply don't agree - hence people should be getting more pos than neg.
