If Farah leaves...

No doubt Parra will pay whatever it takes to get farah as their marquee signing…$800k/yr maybe for 4 years-as theyve got money to burn in the new salary cap regime & they'll see him as the foundation for their future.
Stewart desperately needs a win as his team isnt going to get too many this year
He's not worth anything like that to WT who have a whole bunch of positions to fill,& having been burnt on Blair & probably Benji, want fair value
Net net,a lot depends on Farahs relationship with potter & his confidence that we can be a force in the near future. If not,he'll do what id do & take the money & run west!

If there's one trait about Farah that sticks out to me it's his competitiveness and desire and hunger to win. That crosses Parra out!

It's Robbie Farah ffs. The bloke who beat the piss out of Anthony Watts just to satisfy the demons of Leichardt Oval.

brilliant

except misspelling Leichhardt

Holy crap I have never noticed that second h before! Weird as. Thanks. Won't make that mistake again.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Farah did leave. Sometimes a player wants a change of scenery and Farah could be an example of this. I think a lot will depend on how he gets along with Potter.

I just can't see Robbie joining the Eels. Robbie is a winner and I can't see him going to a club that has no change of being anywhere near title contenders for the next 5 years. Their roster is crap, every other high profile players has said no and there are not enough high profile free agents left to make them competitive. If maybe another 3 or 4 top class players were joining then maybe Robbie would go to the Eels.

Our club has some very good players and very talented players coming through. I can't see him leaving the Tigers for the Eels unless he doesn't believe in Mick Potter.

I am more worried about Easts, Dogs or Souths trying to sign Robbie than I am the Eels. If the money was right from one of those clubs he may consider the offer as they have a chnage of being near the top. Out of that list Souths don't really need him (have 2 good players) but he would be a massive upgrade for the other two sides.

If Souths offer you a deal take it Robbie, you won't get another premership at this joint in the next few years.
