Would we care??? I know I wouldn't care. look at the 2001 grand final does anyone remmeber it being 30-24?? no it's remmebered for 24-0 at halftime by the knights.

we would be celabrating today and not caring, the only reason we care is F and A it/s funny how a regular season game can make us more cranky

That's it though, F and A is so important for us in the position we are in and we just threw it away. If we had won 31-0 and results went our way, we could have been as high as 7th next week. Now we are 11th and will struggle to get back in the 8 even if we win comfortably (can we win a game comfortably?) next week.
 
If we had of been able to go to Skilled park next weekend with the confidence of having kept 2 of our nemesis sides to zero or close to it, at their homeground, then our season would turn around and get firing. We would have earned more respect and other sides would be looking sideways at us.

Instead there are still many, many question marks over us.
 
If we had won by 31 points, I could see us turning up soft against the Titans next week. Winning by 1, getting the 2 points but getting strips torn off us by all and sundry, should mean that we turn up with a decent attitude next week, improving our chances of getting another 2 points!
 
If that was the GF we'd have been playing Melb, Manly or Brisbane…............and those mental lapses would have cost us the game.

Let's not sugar coat what happened yesterday.

US = A team that can hopefully make a run and challenge for the premiership. Stacked full of internationals and guys hoping to play Origin.

PARRA = An absolute rabble who haven't even been remotely competitive in 80% of their games. Poorly coached, terrible halves............a mess.

Them scoring 30 on us in 12 mins is a disgrace. They are a terrible team.
 
If that was the Grand Final, they'd have me on the mortician's slab right now in the middle of an autopsy trying to figure out what caused my heart to spontaneously explode…

That's all we can hope for really. If we don't turn up next week and go into the bye with a loss, we will be in real trouble.

well theres nothing after the grand final. if you win, thats it. we still have more than half a season ahead of us.

it is a disgrace, but given the flu going round camp and being up by 31-0, the boys obviously switched right off. remember, parra also beat manly. they have been terrible, but are still capable.
 
don't worry if we win we will make the ten easily then we have got our bye we may just make it in….our f/a is not bad tbh it is -15 Knights are -1 and the roosters are -66 we can hope that Knights get beaten something like 24-6 which will move us to tenth place

Exactly, perhaps it was a blessing in disguise.

If Sheens was dropping expletives at the press conference, imagine what he was saying to the players behind closed doors :rant . Wouldn't have been pretty, guarantee that.
