If you were CEO of the Tigers what 3 things would you change

1\. Improve members services (i.e. mailing of cards and other membership items.)
2\. Improve merchandising through GearZone. Recently had an unpleasant experience trying to exchange a jersey for a smaller size.
3\. No player over 30 policy

I like your option 3 CB not sure who the credit goes to at the roosters for their age policy,if it's an anititive by noyce or uncle nick politis but the two players aged over 25yrs in there team this year (Anasta & Mini) aren't being re signed.I was a fan of noyce & can't remember hearing the reason why he left us to go there.
