All the draws balance out but we’ve certainly had a tougher initiation than other sides pushing to make a Mark this year.

To be honest i would rather have the draw hard early as we have had this year, if you have it too easy early on you get a false expectation of your ability and prospects(Dragons)

Yes and no
Dragons ain’t that good but they’ve been given a huge confidence boost with there draw

Get pumped at the start with a tough draw and you’re looking at us

I’m glad it’s done . We don’t play the roosters again , or the Raiders I think ? I think we have Souths twice , and the storm once as well . The panthers once as well .
So a big chunk of our poo the bed games have already happened . I’m confident we will be 4 and 4 come round 9 .

Based on what?

We actually have a decent record against these lower sides of late. 6 wins of the last 7 matches against Cowboys, 6/8 wins against Manly, 6/9 against Newcastle, 4/7 against Bulldogs (including last 2), 4 of 7 against Dragons (but winning 3 of last 4).

When I looked at the draw I was happy with it.
Get the hard stuff out of the way, prime us for the rest of the season. Play the next few months hard & fast and head to the back end of the season in form.

We have actually shown improvements the last 2 weeks in alot of areas & maybe the season won’t be all doom and gloom this year
