Importance of Marshall

Our attack was rudderless without Marshall. I think I've now come to appreciate how important having Marshall in the team is, even if he's not playing his best his presence alone is almost enough to lift the team. Without him, many could argue we would be battling to avoid the wooden spoon over the past few seasons.

Usually in the past we play well the first week after no Benji and then goes downhill after then . Really expected us to show up big time last night . Some definitely did , Some definitely didn't

That's why he gets paid the big bucks. Our attack improved last night when Robbie slipped into 1st receiver for the last 10mins, we started to find holes. With some experienced players back last night, we would have smashed the Dogs.

I agree with Allan Towle We had no shortage of effort last night but our attack seemed to be a bit dissorgonised and lacked timming. This was the same as last week when benji was playing. Two tries in two matches and no points for over one hour of nrl is not good signs for a team on the cusp of the eight. Lets hope they can freshen up with the break and not play parra into form again give Benji some quality ball and showcase our flair once again.

Unfortunately stupidity is something that even Tigers supporters have in abundance. I have some friends that don't rate him either - they suffer from the same problem those members suffer from.

It seems the team now has a poor ethic. Like its not a fail if they don't bust their guts to do all the things a winning team does because its OK, eventually Benji will save the day.

Maybe the thread should read the Importance of Marshall ,Tuqiri ,Lawrence ,Utai ,Payten and Dwyer after 10 minutes Of course benji is the main man .But if we had the others mentioned things would of been very different in my opinion . Would of made Miller and Lui's job so much easier in attack mainly . More options means more chances . We had virtually no options last night

Benji plays last night and we win simple as that. If all the others played as well we flog the bulldogs.

Dogs were crap last night. we made them look good.

People who dont rate Marshall are moronic fools.
