The best movie I have seen in a very long time! Rarely do movies I am hyped up to see actually live up to the standard… I was pumped to see this and worried this would be the case... I was wrong.. it exceeded them!

I'm not a massive Leonardo Dicaprio fan and I went along to see the movie because a mate suggested it.
To say that I had low expectations of the movie would be an understatement.
A movie about going into people's minds to steal ideas and someone coming along wanting to plan an idea instead, throw in the chick from juno and the young dude from 3rd rock from the sun and it didn't really sound like something that would really hold my interest.
but i was pleasantly surprised. It's basically an action/suspense movie you're on the edge of your seat the whole time.
i'd say it lived up to the hype for sure.

The thing is, with Shutter Island, no one had talked it up for me and i didnt even know what the plot was so i was really surprised throughout the movie. With Inception, ive had to listen to every single tom dick and harry talk about the plot and the movie and the 'weirdness' and ' greatness' of it for the past 2 weeks. It was still an excellent movie, and if there wasnt people in this thread that hadnt watched it i would have loved to discuss the ending!
