Injury Updates

Hey Guys,

Was at concord today. Spoke to Moltz, He said the injury is coming along good and will be right for next season :unamused: Also spoke to tank, He didn't really give too much away. Said he was doing OK but has his leg bandaged.
Thoughts peeps?

Moltzen will definitely be right with a full off-season and plenty of time to rehab the injury properly. Tuiaki tore his calf at training the other week, pretty sure T-REXX can confirm this.

yeah, T-REXX said that it was Tui's first training session back with the team when he did his calf. Terrible luck.
At least the fact that he was training meant that the ankle was mending well.

Have it from a reliable source that Molz will be right next year. His surgeon won't be giving him the OK to play this season. Also have it from the same source that the Cowboys are sniffing around TNT

I thought Sam Latu went ok till the bloke got injured ..

Anyone think Tame Tupou might be given a go on the wing after seeing Latu do ok with his size ? He made some dummy half runs (IMO)

Tame is no chance of playing on the wing. His mobility has suffered bigtime due to his knee injury. He's a defensive liability at the moment, and if the Tigers do keep him beyond this year, a full off-season and more time to strengthen his knee will do him good.

Well thats the price you pay for buying a guy who has been injury prone with a hamstring this season before he was purchased. When he was first ruled out injured against the Eagles I expected about a month on the sideline.

Daniella can catch a high ball. Maybe give him a run.

Meaney would be the logical choice if he was fit as he kicks goals and played NSW Residents in that position. However Pritchard may also be worth a trial. He has been with the squad all season

Agreed.

A good start would be to put a fullback in fullback and halt this experimentation. Mullany or Meaney for my mind.
