Introduction

Thought I would introduce myself, belatedly, as I have been a keen follower of the WT forum since it commenced. Started following the Balmain Tigers in 1966 (1st game was against Newtown at Henson Park - beaten 8-6 - all goals), and have been through all the supporter's highs and lows since. I am a member of the Balmain Football club and was one of the members that voted for the merger of Balmain and Wests - no regrets. I have been a season ticket holder for a number of years. I am lucky enough to have a 10 minute walk to Leichhardt Oval, via the Orange Grove hotel, of course. Looking forward to contributing something worthwhile to the forum.
BTW my wife is the Inner West Courier's fan of the week, for this week.

Glad your here tiger 66, have had plenty of schooners @ the orange grove hotel as well & i went to school up the road @ ibrox park boys high a few years back, once again welcome.
