Is Api a good enough goalkicker

Look Wakeham is a good kicker but he isn't a NRL quality 6

Has Apis efforts shown he is good enough to be a top line kicker for 2024

I’ve been banging on about goal kicking all year. Wakeham can kick but slower than me. API has enough on his plate imo and we really should have an alternative. Not sure who though, don’t see anyone in our current line up
and not sure any of our new recruits( so far) are jumping out.
When we do start crossing the stripe we need to turn those 4s to 6s and it can have a positive effect on the team.
Should be on Benjis to do list. Someone like Meaney has that skill, and Garrick, but not sure if they’re available, or interested.

I am more worried about the teams ability to get over the try line than the conversion. Sure it would be nice to have a great goal kicker but we need great try scorers
My point was Wakeham is our best goalkicker .....he can't be a starter or you may as well hand us our next spoon ...so is Api good enough to kick and replace Wakeham or we need to recruit a goal kicker .....we need to turn every 4 into 6 to have a chance of getting off the bottom

Wakeham, may be our best kicker but his GK% is lower than API’s.
There are only 2 teams with a better GK success rate.
We just don’t have enough attempts at goal, largely due to us only scoring less than half the number of tries than most teams.

Well yeah .....do you think he knocks the winning goal over from the sideline in a GF ....if not we need to sign another goal kicker
He won't have to, our middles will scoring them under the sticks and our lightening fast edges are always going to have the time to bring it around and plant the ball in an easy kicking position.

Will be the first time in rugby league history that a goal kicker has a 100% conversion rate for the entire season.

like the KPIs:
1) our team must win at least 80% of the games in the regular season;
2) no team shall score more then two (2) tries per game against us;
3) % of tries scored within the Required Scoring Range (RSR) ( +/- 10 meters from the black dot) must be greater than 95%. The players that score outside the RSR will be penalised.
