Last nights game was completely unacceptable but let’s not get to carried away, it’s how the NRL is now looking the the draw how many teams have had big scores put on them. Something is not right how many fans want to watch a team get a cricket score put on them.

The first question is: is it normal to see that many 40+ scores put on in half a season?

Bulldogs one of the worst teams in the comp but are decent at avoiding hidings - they just can't win whilst also keeping the score modest. Raiders going backwards fast also good at not getting belted.

Storm are individually responsible for 9/29 (31%) of all the floggings you have listed. Panthers responsible for 4.

But you've basically defined: how to make the Top 4 in 2021? Don't let the opposition ever score 40. It's true except for Rabbits, with Roosters in 5th place. So on those terms, whilst beltings are unpleasant and lack of tight contests is a concern, the form for cricket scores is consistent with what we know are the best sides, and what most folks would have predicted pre-season were the best sides?
