The 1st 40 had a heartbeat..Unfortunately and even more so disappointingly where has it been ALL YEAR..

That commitment is what you need week in week out..until that happens it will be much of the same..

They always come out and a have a go in games they look like getting blown out. Stef and Blore need to be upgraded and extended to ward off the managers and clubs that will come knocking soon.

I thought Mikaele had his best game and can't recall an error. I think he is best suited coming off the bench, he adds a real spark. Need another prop to start with Stef. Thompson at a reasonable $$$would be great.

Maumalo has been a real pro and a great pick up. Noffa took 2 steps forward today in defense, but 2 steps back with sloppy attack. Needs a good preseason of could be dropped again.

I'm concerned with LL, really plataued. Can't recall his last barn storming run and lateral defense is really bad. Shouldn't be playing 80.

Our spine is still confusing and amongst worst in the comp. Douhi is a central and will come back from 2nd acl even slower. Has footy smarts.
Laurie had a great first year and is safe. Not sure he is a fullback though. Not blinding fast, strong or elusive. Maybe a 5\8?
Brooks needs a change of scenery, so maybe hastings and Laurie in halves and find a fullback? No idea who.

Hookers are similar players. Probably best to play both but madge always seems to leave Liddle out there 5 min too long. Can't play 80 but is only taken off when he is exhausted and makes a poor error.

Centre's are a problem. No strike or pace and could use an upgrade. Will be Douhi and TT, but hopefully Gildart is up to it but pommy centre's rarely work out.

We have some good talent coming through. Problem is we don't really have time to let them develop. Need reinforcements or the media and agents will pressure the talent to move on.

Agree on everything besides Brooks. Needs to stay and partner with madden. Madden could be the kicking game we've lacked. Douhi to centre

I'm a fan of Brooks. Strong defense, sharp runner, loyal and durable. He is a whipping boy on here and feel he has been let down a little by the club. Constant coach and structure changes.

I just feel at this stage, it might be best for both parties for a change. I think he could thrive in a better team. I often look at the Canberra halves and think imagine how good Brooks would be in that side? Strong pack, good hooker and strike back rowers and centre's.

I like a lot of this post, Daine is a class act… put a few good players around him and he will shine, he had to do it all on his own this year…..him at 5/8 and Madden at half could be real interesting…..Douhi needs to learn to tackle a lot better

Show us some stats to back up your eloquent statement of opinion? Please enlighten us with your insight as to how Madge us guiding this team to success. What areas are improving under his guidance? Please share your wisdom with us?
